Major: you know NOTHING about C&C, but since you found this site, you probably have heard about it.
1-Star General: you have heard of C&C, but you never played it.
2-Star General: you HAVE played C&C but, you have no skill whatsoever.
3-Star General: you are an average player, you can take down medium opponents, and you have a few tactics that you know
work.
4-Star General: you are a hard opponent, you can take down a few hard opponents and you have a good amount of tactics
that you know work.
5-Star General: the best of the best. these individuals are the hardest opponents you can ever face. They have an extreme
array of useful tactics and are looking to mods to improve there skills even more.
6-Star and up: ever heard of "Grand Masters" in Chess? That's what these guys are, THE ABSOLUTE BEST! if you
go up ageist guys, you will lose in the first 10 minuets or so.
